Gold Pointe Fitness Club features a large Group Exercise classroom with special (good for the knees) shock absorbent flooring. Classes such as Yoga, Zumba, and more are held in this facility. We now also offer Wexer, an on demand video exercise program!
This aerobics class uses the pool environment. For all fitness levels, this class is excellent for people with joint or range of movement issues. A great workout for toning, burning calories, improving range of motion, and reducing stress.

Classes are color coded by level. Green is beginner. Yellow is intermediate. Red is advanced. Blue is good for all levels!
TAI KWON DO
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30pm–8:30pm
A great class to slow the signs of aging, improve strength and flexibility. Group members perform a timed circuit through the Cybex weight machines. Those interested will receive an orientation on machines.
