     Jillian is one of the friendly guest attendants at Gold Pointe Fitness Club. Passionate about helping others thrive, she greets members with a warm smile and ensures the club is clean and welcoming. Outside of work, Jillian loves swimming, walking, and spending time with family and friends.


     Her favorite fitness tip? "Keep going! You are worth it."

     Matt is a dedicated desk attendant at Gold Pointe Fitness Club, known for his friendly demeanor and commitment to a clean, welcoming environment. He enjoys the positive atmosphere of the gym and loves chatting with members about their fitness goals. Outside of work, Matt is passionate about gaming, art, and exploring new foods.

     His fitness advice? "Don’t obsess over the scale, weight loss takes time."

     Russ is a dedicated team member at Gold Pointe Fitness Club, known for turning member conversations into lasting friendships. With a love for golfing, biking, and kayaking, he keeps his lifestyle active and adventurous. Russ’s go-to fitness routine, inspired by his college days, focuses on alternating agonist and antagonist movements.

     Fun fact: Russ was the original manager of this club in 1986!

     Trae brings with him a rich background in working with fitness facilities. He loves connecting with members on a personal level and has a passion for programming group training sessions. Outside of work, Trae is a dabbler in many hobbies, with a particular love for reading, playing musical instruments, and cooking.

     Fun fact: Trae's favorite quote is "I’m going to be the king of pirates" from Monkey D. Luffy!
