Descriptions
AQUA
AEROBICS
This aerobics class
uses the pool environment. For all fitness levels, this class is excellent
for people with joint or range of movement issues. A great workout for
toning, burning calories, improving range of motion, and reducing stress.
AWESOME
ABS
This 20 minute class works the core muscles by performing a wide variety
of highly effective abdominal exercises.
YOGA
Yoga focuses on holding various poses while emphasizing proper breath and
technique. Improves posture, flexibility and muscle tone. We will supply
all necessary equipment including mats.
SENIOR
CIRCUIT
A
great class to slow the signs of aging, improve strength and flexibility.
Group members perform a timed circuit through the Cybex weight machines.
Those interested will receive an orientation on machines.
UP
& MOVING
A
total body class to better your overall fitness. Work at your own pace to
gain mobility and strength as well as prevent injury and falls. This
class is the fun atmosphere you and your friends are looking for!
PUMP
A
high-energy full body weight training class designed to burn loads of
calories while toning. Each muscle group is worked to provide you with a
full body toning experience.
SH’BAM
Simple hot dance moves – dance to the top chart hits from the hottest
night clubs around. Sh’bam is the ultimate fun way to exercise!
UBS
Class including kettelbells, kickboxing, group personal training, strength
training and resistance bands. Nutritional plan and instructors certified
with over 15 years experience. Program includes workouts, diet plan,
progress reports, weight-ins, and body measurements.

CRAZE PARTY
Two plus hours of high-energy fun and fitness, a grab bag of different
classes.
