Chelsee attends Coe
College, where she is an active member of the Coe Fitness Organization.
She plans to get her prerequisites for
Medical
School
and transfer to
Iowa
for her PhD. Chelsee enjoys
running, hanging out with friends and family, tanning, and summer
weather. Chelsee teaches the
Ultimate Pump and Aqua Aerobics Classes.
She is American Red Cross certified in CPR and First Aid.
She also holds American Fitness and Aerobics Association Personal
Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer Certifications.
Theresa Gries - Assistant Manager
Theresa is a graduate from
Hamilton
Business
College
. She is also involved with
fitness and nutrition, assisting Gold Pointe Fitness Club members to
meet their fitness goals. Theresa
has been a Mary Kay Consultant for ten years.
In free time, Theresa enjoys working out, golfing, spending time
with her family and being involved in her daughters’ extra curricular
activities. Theresa teaches
the Awesome Abs class. She
is American Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid. She also
holds an American Fitness and Aerobics Association Personal Fitness
Trainer Certification.
Betty Thompson
Betty enjoys working in the yard and working on
planting flowers. She also
enjoys traveling and doing puzzles and games.
Betty has been married for 18 years.
Betty is Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid.

Kelsey Salow
Kelsey grew up in Delhi, IA. She currently lives in Marion
and attends Kirkwood Community College. She is going to transfer to Iowa
State in January '09, and will major in Dietetics. Kelsey especially
enjoys spending time with her family and her grandmother. She loves
watching movies; her favorite movie is The Ultimate Gift. She also loves
listening to music, especially Christian Rock. Her favorite activities
are boating, camping, swimming, and being involved with the Hartwick
Husky's Ski Club. Kelsey is Red Cross Certified in CPR and First-Aid.
Nicole Kress
Nicole graduated from Capri
College
in Massage Therapy. She has
her Personal Trainer and Aerobics Certification.
She enjoys spending time with her daughter Adysen.
Her hobbies include running, biking, Swimming, and hanging out
with friends. She trains for
triathlons, marathons, and would like to try a fitness figure show.
In the future, she would like to own her own business in the
health field.
Jessica Gofforth
Jessica is currently a senior in high school.
She is very involved in her schools Music Department with various
activities including10th Street Edition (Varsity Showchoir), Chorale,
Wind Symphony, Marching Band and Color Guard.
Through school she’s part of Student Ambassadors, Student
Advisory, PEER, S.O.D.A., T.R.Y., and Lean on Me.
After graduation, Jessica plans to go to college as a Pre-Law
major, getting her undergrad in Business and Political Studies.
In her free time she enjoys supporting the Boys Basketball team,
Waterskiing and boating at her family cabin, and being with her friends.

Sabine
Amoriel
Sabine is originally from the Black Forest region of Germany,
where she graduated from the Berufsfachschule fur Burotechnik business
college. Sabine has been teaching water aerobics in Cedar Rapids since
2002. She is a member of the Gold Pointe sponsored Hawkeye Bicycle
Association's race team (www.hawkeyebike.org)
and plans to do the 60 mile co-ed team, time trial championship in July
with her husband and two other teammates. Sabine competed in the Pigman
Sprint Triathlon in 2004 and 2005. She received her water instructor
certification from AFAA and next plans to earn her group exercise
certification from them. Sabine is married and has two daughters.
